    It sounds like she must have had some exposure to anthropology with the way she is carefully taking into account local cultures and economic practices before attempting to develop an economic plan.

  3. She seems like quite the innovator. The program she has created has made it effective and efficient to run field experiments, and this infrastructure will probably lead to a much higher number of meaningful studies in the future. She has essentially laid the groundwork for progress in the field.
